Maybe you left out the uek development kernel – here is how to add it in (reboot required before attempting the additions install)
if using the Unbreakable kernel:
yum update yum install gcc yum install kernel-uek-devel reboot then re-run the vBox additions not using UEK, substitute
yum install kernel-devel
