Mac OS Touch Bar not working properly – audio control wacky uncheck Enable Touch Bar Zoom in System –> Accessibility –> Zoom

uncheck Enable Touch Bar Zoom in System –> Accessibility –> Zoom. I had accidentally checked it when I was making some other changes.
