EBS Concurrent Managers – defined

Defining ICM, Standard Managers, Custom Managers and CRM Concurrent Managers…
ICM stands for Internal Concurrent Manager, basically it controls other managers. If it finds another manager down , it checks and try to restart that manager and other tasks.
Standard Manager – Normal manager which controls action on the requests and does batch or single request processing by default.
CRM is an acronym for Conflict Resolution Manager.  It is used to resolve conflicts between managers and requests. If a request is submitted whose execution will clash or it is defined not to run while a particular type of request is running then such requests are assigned to CRM for Incompatibilities and Conflict resolution.
Custom Managers – are typically defined by Clients to do fine grained control of batch job and report generation for specific jobs / reports, or groups of jobs and reports with frequently with custom execution windows.
