Sometimes things don’t go as we plan. No make that – usually things don’t go as we plan. Today, we’re in deep with the Covid-19 pandemic, so that’s our time, time to make the best of it, time to step up and do the right thing.
For me, today, the right thing is social distancing with a capital D… I’ve got cabin fever, been enduring a self-imposed “grounding” now for about a 5-6 weeks.
I don’t think I ever had the disease although, I came down something pretty bad March 2nd, and 3rd, 2020 by the 4th of March, I was a lot better, and never had any respiratory symptoms at all.
I did have some shortness of breath that lasted a long time I thought (about 5-7 days), a fever of about 100 degrees F, a lot of muscle pain and I spewed chunks for two days… weird illness but probably not Covid-19… I’ll get an anti-body test some day to make sure it wasn’t Covid… I hope it was obviously… anti-bodies to Covid-19 could save your life… I don’t know, I’m no expert.
I just know things don’t always go as we plan. After 65 years, I’ve figured that out.
